Just talked w a lady that answered as Amber. I said: Amber would u plz transfer me to a manager? With a higher pitched tone said: This is Amber how can I help up and I asked: Are you one of the managers? She said: I can help you.
She didnt have a clue About coupons from contractor their competitor store Contractor Wherehouse and coupons 15-20% members there receive in mailul regularly. Bottom line didnt want to accept it. They lost sale of 1-1.2K. Going to Lowes which is better anyway. But Brea location did accept them often. Just not on my way anymore.. for this project. Mind you Im a pro acc at HD .. SAD HOW HAD DOESNT RRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES ANYMORE.. amazon so much hassle less! and less pricy .. they should have understand one sale now and they will get next one from same pers.. rather get the thieves accepted than a coupon from a honest hard working buyer?!???!??? seriously!?
