I was diagnosed an allergy that effected my breathing in September 2020. A friend strongly recommended for me to go see Dr.Shivali. She took time to listen to my medical history and created the treatment plan. Gradually I started to notice that my breathing was easier, my voice became stronger and my nose was no longer congested. I have more energy during a day and I can sleep deeply throughout the night without waking up coughing. Dr.Shivali has so much knowledge and she always takes time to answer my questions with kindness and compassion. I have learned so much from her. I feel calm, peaceful and have more energy when I leave her clinic. I appreciate Dr.Shivali so much!

I had a pleasure to meet Dr. Shivali at OC Vitality. I came from Chicago for a professional training. Dr. Shivali is an incredible Dr. of Acupuncture and Functional Medicine. She took a great time to take my medical history, reviewed my labs and give me recommendations. We become a team to finalize my short and long term goals. I am so glad I made my decision to start on my physical and emotional health journey. Her office is incredibly inviting. I felt so much positive energy in this Clinic.

She has helped me recover from feeling drained, stomach issues, post Covid symptoms, andrenal , liver and nervous system alignment. OC Vitality is honestly the best! I am highly thankful to have found Dr.'s Shivali and Gruer. Never have I felt more understood, comfortable, and listened to in my life, it's truly refreshing. For the first time in over 15 years I found a doctor willing to dive deeper into my chronic IBS issues and help me understand what was happening to me. I came to Dr. Shivali at my wits end, deeply frustrated with no answers and experiencing the worst flare up of IBS I've ever had. Within 3 months of treatment, my symptoms were hardly occurring. The change I experienced is mind-blowing. I never thought it would be possible for me to feel normal again.
