I had placed my order for Valentines Day and they were about to closed and they havent delivered my flowers so i had to call to remind them. . My friend got her flowers really late that night after 9pm . Unfortunately the chocolates never made it . So I called the next day and they apologized saying they will deliver and never did . My friend had to wait 2 days to get her chocolates .

Looks nothing like the online pictures, used them 2 years in a row & sadly I was not impressed with the presentation. Chose their deluxe version & it look like basic set & was not even Were reliable the day of delivery

I received flowers at the Disneyland hotel 12/12/23. I ordered a big $100 bouquet w instructions to have Oriental white lillies not asiatic shown in pictures I didn't get a call to tell me no lillies. I'm not pleased. They are nice looking from the front but zero flowers in the back. It's like half a order.

The roses were nothing like the picture on the website. Tried calling them and a lady said that it's identical when they are clearly not. BUYER BEWARE!!!
