Burns Environmental Services

I am very happy with Burns Environment Services!! Omar came out to my home and informed me exactly what his team would be doing from start to finish. I needed to have asbestos removed from my kitchen ceiling before the restoration company could do their job. Jose and a fellow employee from BES came out and did a fantastic job!!! They handled everything with care and they were considerate of every little detail. I would highly recommend Burns Environmental Services to do what they do for you. I am a satisfied customer. One other thing I would like to mention is they have great customer service

This company needs to be applauded for the incredible and proficient work they do. I would like to sincerely thank Ruben and Gabriel for the outstanding work theyve done. These guys treat your home with the utmost respect and take safety precautions very seriously. We greatly appreciated the consistent communication and reassurance throughout the process. Excellent customer service. We cant thank you guys enough!!

Horrible experience. I was leaving town and getting walls torn out in my house while we were gone. I communicate this with Burns and made sure everything was set and ready to go a few days before our appointment. I had someone come over to open up the house for them to do the work. An hour after they were supposed to be there and a text from me they said I don't have a signed contract and they can't start the work. I clearly asked multiple times days before to make sure everything was set up . There have been many times that I have tried to reach out and have heard nothing backm. Pick another company this one will just give you more stress

Burns did great work; unfortunately my perception of them has been totally destroyed by their office team. They insist on photocopies of your driver's license and front and back of your credit card in order to run a credit card payment. I spent hours going back and forth with them explaining to them this is not legal; it's against California Civil Code; and violates Visa guidelines. Their manager Lewis (or Louis?) was particularly rude and would talk over me during phone calls. When I asked for the owner's contact information, Lewis refused to provide it. They are opening themselves up to massive liability for ID theft by photographing and storing customers personally identifiable information. I asked if they even shred the docs and they do not. Poor business practice.
