My question is why do they have outlets for chargers however they never work makes no sense. Why have a restroom that never work always dirty or flooded. A lot of the dryer don't even work. This place has some serious work that needs to be fixed

I've wrote a review on this place before about loosing $20 plus all my detergent on acouple washes ... These washers cost abit too much for them to always have malfunctions and steal money ... just lost another $20 on the 6load machine ... me swiping thinking my card didn't go through just to notice it ate all my money up ... now I had to switch all my clothes wet from detergent ..also loosing all the detergent I had put through the top ... sh*t ain't cheap man This place is convenient for me cause of the whole card thing and I'm left with money on them for the next laundry trip ... . It's a all year round problem . They need to have a attendee there from open to closing time , too handle these money problems . Cause no one deserves too walk out of there with money thrown away and no clothes washed because of some malfunction machines that no one looks at .

Dryers never working right. Too many machines out of order. Restrooms closed after 5pm for the working class people.

I rarely use any special dry cleaning services but this place is ride un considerate towards clients, their policies are not clear with the "it might" is or is it not?  Im unhappy with how this man , kid handles clients not listening, not trying to show respect talking over clients besides not allowing time for people to have time to pick up their stuff.   As a working person one has to figure time obviously no one wants to leve their stuff longer than needed not be charge more as it is is expensive.   Im surely upset, un happy and completely dissatisfied with poor attention to clients and never the less their over all services.   I will never return to this place again.
