        Have been having dialysis at this facility for 3 years. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They follow the medical providers protocol to the letter. The downside is some of them language skills are not sometimes not easy to understand.

        My friend and I had a very creepy encounter with a male Asian staff member in the parking lot. He was standing in front of our cars and starting for over 15 minutes at us making us feel afraid . When my friend went to get into her car he started taking photos and becoming confrontational. This man was very rude to two women who had been shopping .

        Asian staff member is so rude. Very confrontational and kept starring at me and my friend. He made me and my friend feel threatened. We were just two girls, and had gotten together in this shopping center.
