I wish someone told me about Go Family Dental sooner. I rarely write reviews but I have been so impressed with the quality of care at Go Family Dental I want to share it with others. I had been to many dentists over the years before visiting Dr. Go and the staff here and now I would never consider going elsewhere. Before this dentist, I dreaded dental visits. With Dr. Go, this has completely changed and is by far the best dentist I have been to. My family has been going here for dental work for years, including my son since a young age. Here are some of the reasons they stand out: Easy appointment setting and promptly seen at your appointment time, no waiting around. Everything is explained to you by the dentist. Dr. Go has been doing this for a long time but remains passionate about what he does and the quality of care. Dental assistant is mindful and attentive to what you need as your being treated.

I came here with my son for his very FIRST dental visit and I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect. This was also my first time at this office and there was definitely a lot of questions and doubts running on my mind. I first made a call to see if they were accepting new patients and the moment Stella answered the phone, I felt so much at ease because of the warmth in her voice. She was welcoming and she was provided me with straightforward answers. She was able to put me down for an appointment right away. Once my son and I got to the office, we were immediately greeted with a friendly and very welcoming smile. Stella interacted with us and reassured us that she was able to contact my insurance and all I needed to fill out were the standard forms for new patients. I felt more at ease when I saw other patients come out of the office and had small talks with Stella. It was like watching people who have known each other for a long time having a casual conversation. Stella made my son feel comfortable and reassured him that everything will be fine. The nurse first called in my son to get his xrays done. I wasn't allowed to go in with him but by that time, I was the least bit worried now because I saw that my son had already felt comfortable (he is 6 y/o) to go in on his own. After some time, maybe 15-20 mins, the nurse had finally called me in to meet the dentist, Dr. Robert Go. I noticed he had already begun working on my son's cleaning and to my surprise, my son was very calm and let the nurse assistant and dr to their job. This is very important to me because my son gets nervous at the sight of any doctor or nurse. But there he was, calm AND comfortable and didn't even ask for me. This is how you know that everyone in this office is excellent at what they do! Dr. Go was very informative. I truly learned a lot that day, more than I have in the past when I went to a different dentist. Dr. Go would also ask you questions and he made sure you are comfortable and he also made sure I understood what would be done before he began. The facility is clean! The waiting area feels like you are sitting at home. Overall, I am truly happy to have gone to Dr. Go Family Dental. I am so glad to have made the right choice and I can't wait for my next appointment!

I highly recommend this dental office for their exceptional dental care, welcoming staff, and effective communication. Dr. Go greatly improved my smile by addressing the sharpness of my teeth. Moreover, he offers constructive advice without shaming patients for their oral hygiene habits. Dr. Go encourages patients by providing guidance on improving flossing techniques, suggesting teeth whitening options without pressure, and offering other helpful tips.
