CAT Exteriors, Anaheim California. I was referred to CAT Exteriors from a coworker. I left them a message and within minutes, I received a return phone call and an appointment for an estimate the following day. So as far as punctuality, they get 5 stars in my book. The following day, John Annarino arrived on time for our meeting. John was professional and well versed in his product. As most of us know, time is precious. John was respectful of our time and seemed to be a straight shooter. He demonstrated his product and overall, gave an excellent presentation. At the end of our meeting, John provided us with a quote. The cost seemed fair and he did not pressure us into purchasing the product, giving us time to discuss our options. As of this review, my wife and I have not decided whether or not we will go with CAT Exteriors. I will say, I would gladly pay a little more for great customer service, and up to this point, I have been satisfied with their service. Manny and Theresa Romero

After the marketing rep, Brian Olsen, concluded his very educational presentation on Anlin windows, my wife and I decided we had to have them. We're anxiously awaiting the installation.

Brian Olsen from CAT came to my house. He did a great job of explaining everything to me. He was courteous and helpful. He was very knowledgeable.
