Same as the other reviewer, found them online under 714printer.com.  But unfortunately, my story do not have a happy ending.I dropped off my printer for them to diagnose just shy of 2 weeks ago, and have been unable to reach them since.  The phone numbers on their site goes to an error message, maybe an issue with them forwarding the message.  The local number listed on Yelp rings indefinitely.  I would like my printer back....

We found an add online of printer-fixing companies nearby. "Free diagnostic check......." yadi yadi ya....I stopped by this place to have them give me an estimate...filled out a form, and then they told me they'd give me a call the following day to give me a diagnosis. I kind of felt hesitant leaving my HP laser printer behind...1 day passed...(i was busy and wasn't able to give them a call)....the weekend passed.....nothing. Finally, decided to give them a call, and it turns out that they fixed the printer without even consulting us!   I was freaking out that they'd be charging us an arm and a leg, but thanks to the ad we found online, they fixed it for $60.In all honesty, I'm grateful that they fixed my printer, but they seriously need better business practices.  1) For a "diagnostic check," you're supposed to DIAGNOSE the issue and consult the client before fixing the problem (I seriously would've been pissed if the bill was more than i expected and they didn't consult me first!) 2) They're slightly awkward in dealing with customers 3) They NEED to communicate with their customers and follow up with them when they SAY they will. All in all, I'm glad my issue is fixed, but I'd most certainly not go back.
