        The initial team assigned to clean my large rug and sectional sofa, did not even move the sofa off the rug to clean the entire rug. They also did not even bother to clean the sides of the selection sofa, they left dirt and untreated parts everywhere. I had to call and request someone come back out to actually finish the job properly. And even the second time, I was shock to find out later when moving that yet again they had not bother to clean all areas, and they said the used some protective solution to stop marks and such from staining, LIES! And now there is yellowing of the base of my sofa which I will need to have properly done by a company that actually does real quality work, oh and what I was charged for this poor work is INSANE!
