I had a car reservation for our family vacation. They delayed us half a day and the discount offered was ridiculous.

Agent did not verbally inform us of the $100 drop-off fee to a different location. We even told her that we were debating between Uber versus a daily rental. The decision would have been easy had we known about the extra $100 dollars! Read your contract carefully and ask for a printed agreement to read right away, not later in an email. Very disappointed with Enterprise. 2/29 Sent email with requested details. It felt very underhanded the way the charge was slipped into the contract without telling us.

Had a great rental experience. The location inside the hotel was convenient and the manager Michael Johnson was so kind and professional. The car was in perfect condition, too.

confirmed 5-6pm pickup window day before by phone directly with location. arrived at 4:40 to... a KIOSK inside disney PPH. kiosk unstaffed and nobody showed up by 5:20. called number on confirm email and rang at empty kiosk. called number on website and (after much robo-hell) was told they were closed, call back tomorrow. i googled more numbers until i got a person. she moved my reservation to a "nearby" location "6 minutes away" (ironically, she meant 6mins BY CAR) open until 6:30. anyway, good thing i called the new location on Harbor St., because they were in the opposite direction she told me and closing at 6. i ran most of the way and just made it. VERY nice guy there, Adonay Duchement, did manage to get me into a hybrid minivan (thank you AD!). i was told later this is a frequent story at the kiosk location, so i would STRONGLY recommend avoidance.
