I recently purchased Calacata gold marble tile from Online Tile Shop. They packed the items very good they arrived safe and sound. I actually called them before the purchase to make sure I was getting what I wanted. They sent me samples and pictures. The gentleman that took my phone call was very helpful. I had to leave a review to this company because they exceeded expectations. Called them with lots of questions every one of them answered. I had some specific questions so the representative told me he would call back with more info and within 5 minutes he did call back. Purchased some samples first to make sure and they arrived very quickly so I thought it might be because they were samples. The actual shipment arrived very quickly as well. Great company, perfect customer service!
