        6:00 am and only one cashier with six customers waiting. Took over 15 mins to get out of store. What a joke.

        I know everyone knows that they are overpriced but you pay for convenience, but the staff there sucks because you are inconveniencing them when you buy something there. I was buying 30 anchor bolts, and everyone in the warehouse were just messing around in the corner talking and I was waiting for 30 minutes . I asked the front to see if they can get my anchor bolts but nothing happened  . I said I have to pick up my daughter so I have to go get a refund cause I'm running out of time so I had to get a refund and left .Wasted complete 45 minutes of my life. I'll never go back there!

        I came here to place a big order of material ..  I'm the only person in line to order .   I'm told  a guy Ray will help me ... this Ray guy comes,   Sits on his chair .. ignores me ... phone rings and he takes the call ... and another call .. I decided to leave .. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ... Employee training really bad..
