Chase Bank

Chase completely dropped the ball and canceled my wire transfer to my home purchase title company. I was set to close today Friday the 28 and get my keys. They canceled my wire with no information on why. Now I am not getting my keys for my new home and they have no answers for me. I am in the bank completely livid I am not moving into my new home this weekend. After this ordeal I am going to drain my accounts and shut them down. This is extremely UnAmerican and chase is not the place you go for wire transfers.

I bank with Chase and they have one of the best customer service both here and with the phone. As soon as I lost my card, I called them up because it didn't let me in the app and they have 24/7 service, and treated me with loyalty and cancelled the card quickly and when I came in to get some money without my card, this bank knew what to do. Awesome bank!

Wish Chase would improve their customer service and have more cashiers at this location. Thinking about closing my account here after more than 30 years banking with chase if customer service doesnt improve. Ridiculous every time to wait 15 to 30 mins for a deposit or question or something.

Do not bank with Chase. If you go through financial hard ship they play games with you and black ball you from ever opening an account. Then they tell you to come to the branch to get a check that you deposited and hold it for 20 days. They are messing with peoples lives and I will never recommend Chase to anyone! I banked here for 15 years and this is how they treat a loyal client. Horrible bank and horrible customer service!
