    Shady as they come! Mr. MacDonald is a scammer along with his team. I was contacted by John for my driving offense (didn't contact him he contacted me) I was given a whole speech of how he will help me and set me all up. Well, John's assistants have very broken English and cannot even give correct information like a phone number -- I was given 4 numbers that did not connect to services. Clint and Bella are the assistants who called me and they just simply go trying to find classes and can't even succeed in doing their job. Then I was hooked up with insurance and acted like it was a 3rd party in all it was his office posing as a different company name. Mr. Macdonald took $300 from me for nothing he did nothing for me. Then he set me up with this insurance who took $350. When I came down to me contacting the insurance company they only needed $50 to start my policy! The charge on my account is "John MacDonald" and his insurance agent "Maura Lockridge" works for him! They thought they had me fooled until I looked into things because like I said he did not help me but he sure took my money! Be aware and do not do business with these losers. Mr. MacDonald said he will refund me and wants me to sign this agreement (probably so he is clear of any wrong doing) the bank will take care of that so I don't have to sign for this scam artist! Shady business be careful. It's not a ton of money but it's the principal of the matter.

    I was insured through this company for several years. The only complaint I had was the ridiculous requirement to buy the unwanted, but mandatory and never used "Dent Pro" coverage in order to secure an auto policy. Absurd. Otherwise they were fine. However, the moment I wanted to cancel, *POOF!* they were gone. Written requests to cancel were ignored, as were emails to their main service address as well as emails to the rep I used previously. I finally called and got someone on the phone who cancelled my policy and emailed me a confirmation. Shortly after, I received a refund for the unused policy period from the carrier, but it was well short of what it should have been. I contacted the person at JMAC who had helped me cancel, but now I was ignored by her as well. More emails, more written requests, completely unresponsive. Contacting carrier directly, maybe they will help. JMAC obviously isn't. Customer service stops once the check is cashed.

    Do NOT use this SCAMMERS!!!! They take advantage of businesses they get from do you are lawyers, etc. for SR 22. I trusted them and wasn't shopping for you insurance and thought they would tell me when I didn't have to pay for my SR 22 anymore. Long story short, they have ripped me off For SR 22 that was no longer needed because they decided not to tell me and continue to just bill me and give me extra insurance that was no longer needed and then I continued to have regular insurance with them just to find out that I've been basically been ripped off 50% the WHOLE TIME I WAS INSURED WITH THEM. They will not respond to your emails and lie to you and say they don't check their emails daily what kind of business is this? Anyway I went with Geico and saved over 50% which is nothing because I've been getting ripped off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE RIP OFF AND BETTER NOT SURVIVE THE PANDEMIC AFTER RIPPING PEOPLE OFF FOR SO LONG. Oh and the worst customer service if you want to be treated like crap go ahead and give them a call but I would highly advise never giving them any of your money. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND CHECK YOUR EMAILS!!!!
