Mr Gallo worked for us for 5 months. On the day he was let go he called his supervisor a F-t B-ch. Screamed at me on the phone and texted my son a completely incoherent rant. He filed for unemployment, lost, appealed, lost and appealed again ( Supreme Court of California will look over the appeal to make sure the judge followed the evidence and the law) and lost. I am fascinated that the people who take the time to disparage a small business are the people who are most at fault for their own situation. I wish Google would regulate some of these comments because no matter how good a company you are, or how good you treat employees and customers, those angry lost souls feel power by attacking the company.Since 2005, I have employed over 200 mostly college students and other artists and tradesmen. Most of my past employees stay in touch and invite me to weddings, baby showers, and new chapters in their lives. It is with great pleasure to watch these people grow into amazing humans. I have had the pleasure of employing people who went on to be Doctors, Lawyers, several Marine Officers, one Marine Jag Officer, Army Ranger, Museum Curator, Coffee Roaster , Teachers and all sorts of business people. Successful people take the time to thank you personally, they do not feel the need to go public and I don't need them to publicly commend me or my company. We are a 78 year old photography company that is still here. We must be doing something right otherwise I would not be able to respond to these peoples negativity.Sorry for the rant,
