Weve been with Citron for nearly a year now, and were still in love with this place. Its luxurious and looks just like the photos from the websites. Everyones been really helpful in the front office whenever we have an issue or questions. Karinas been our main person from the beginning, and shes so awesome. Also, the place is almost always clean inside, and the amenities are well kept. Maintenances are literally so quick, we never have to wait longer than 24 hrs after a request for help. Shoot, not even 12 hrs actually. Hectors our main dude, and I swear he can fix anything! Just in general, everyone working here has been really sweet.

I truly regret choosing a mid-level unit. The walls are thin, you can hear everything. The neighbors upstairs are loud and drag things all the time, their dog barks, I can hear their stumps, when they get up to go to the restroom in the middle of the night, early morning their dog starts playing, the neighbors walk like if they are killing roaches at every step, or like soldiers marching. When you walk through the hallways you can hear people talking even though their doors are closed. The staff are great, friendly, respectful, professional, and responsive to the tenants needs . They are strict, enforce the agreement policies and hold us accountable- which is great to keep an outstanding community. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I do see dog feces on some areas and that is the pet owners responsibility. Shame on them. Parking and bringing your groceries in is a hustle. Ramps are limited and you have to get creative. Also, the convenience of having large packages delivered to your door is limited because there is a package delivery room that carriers use, this means you need collect your packages from the room to the unit. So the convenience of delivery often times gets defeated. The community is beautiful, I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for the thin walls. Everything else can be worked out. But Sleep is important to me and I honestly dont know how to survive this thin walls/roof issue. If you are a light sleeper, and enjoy rest and peace, this might not be the community for you. Its so unfortunate because the property is beautiful.

The facilities are nice, and living on the 4th floor we have no issues with the thin walls others are complaining about, as we never hear our neighbors. The maintenance crew are also awesome and responds promptly to any issues within the same day or at latest next day. Both Xavier and Hector are amazing and very friendly. But that's about where the positive things stops. When you first apply, you'll get a taste of how money hungry Greystar is. There is multiple fees just for applying, and when you move in the fees will continue. Even though you'll be paying for trash directly to the city of Anaheim, the apartment complex will also bill you for trash. When asking about it, apparently it's a fee to operate the trash chutes. You'll be paying monthly fees for pest control and sewer (even if you're also paying it to the city of Anaheim). They'll also show you the nice facilities such as a bike storage and a pet wash, but forget to tell you there is a fee associated with using said facilities. Whatever you do, don't lose the plastic placard for parking! They will charge for a $125 fee for a piece of plastic with a $1 NFC tag on! Oh, and when you've stayed here for a year, they'll either tell you to sign a new 1 year lease for about the same rent or maybe a little more. If you don't sign, they'll continue you on a month to month lease, but add ~15% to your monthly lease (think about $500/month more). So if you enjoy paying random fees and being locked into a lease year after year, then this is the place to move in, managed by Greystar

WASTE OF MY TIME I was recommended this place by my sister so I made an appointment today at 5:30pm, I was looking for 2bedroom apartment for my husband and myself and 1bedroom for my mother in law. We are searching for apartment with 2 units to live in. I arrived little late due to traffic at 5pm on Friday. When I arrived, my google map showed 5:34 and when I walked over to the leasing apartment it was 5:35 ( that is when I texted my sister that I have arrived). The woman said the tour ended at 5:30pm instead she said she can show me their website floor plan. Why would I waste my time and gas to go over there when I can see that in your website? Why was I NOTTT informed when I made the appointment that the tour will end exactly at 5:30? Why would I make appointment then? to see your face or to go chat with you????? AND THE AUDACITY to LIEEE to my face saying I arrived more than 10 min late. I understand if the is your policy, but did you know we called your office 6x to let you know we were running little late but you didn't picked up the phone AND you closed your office and locked the doors before 6pm. So NO THANK YOU!! I will take my money to go somewhere that is little more understanding, little more cooperate, little less lazy, and to honest friendly place.

Updated Review: Throughout the touring, signing the lease, and move-in process, I double checked with the apartment staff regarding a ring camera installation for safety/security purposes. After Samanthas (the leasing consultant) verbal approval, I purchased the yearly subscription and a ring camera case per Samanthas directive. However, on June 7, Samantha asked my roommate to remove the ring camera due to an invasion of privacy and complaints of ring cameras looking inside other peoples apartments. The purpose of our ring camera is for safety/security reasons and to prevent theft given Anaheim is not the safest neighborhood. We did our due diligence to ensure a ring camera was okay prior to purchasing the subscription and installation. Now the apartment is asking us to take it down due to invasion of privacy. The purpose of our ring installment was for our own security purposes granted that Anaheim is not the safest neighborhood, especially when they leave the garage gates open majority of the time. I emailed them regarding security complaint but received no follow up or response. I had to call them myself to get an update of them speaking with lawyers. I then asked for credit back for my ring subscription as nothing was stated regarding no rings/privacy law on the lease contract. To which Samantha states you can place it inside your home. Having the ring inside my home defeats the purpose of package theft or point of entry burglaries. When we had first moved in, we noticed our lock was always displaced when we came home from work. That alone prompted me to place the ring camera for our own protection and peace of mind. If invasion of privacy is their concern then the least that can be done is provide an alternative, placement/installment of ring on the wall. We are extremely frustrated with her lack of communication and sense of urgency. Do they not care about their residents' safety and concerns?
