Lincoln Avenue Water Company

I've only been a homeowner in the LAWC jurisdiction, but I've only had good experiences with them. Having to pay for a new copy of my ownership shares (or whatever they were called) was a little annoying. But the employees are friendly and I've never had an issue with the water.

Absolutely terribly run organization. Business practices are about a century out of date. Web presence is a Wordpress site that looks like it was setup by a teenager. They are unable to use Email/phone. LAWCs gross business incompetence and inability to maintain their equipment (pressure relief valves screaming at all hours of the night) make me skeptical they can competently maintain water safety standards. The structure of the company as homeowners as owners means when their inevitable incompetence causes major safety issues, who will you seek recourse from? Yourself?

Absolutely the most archaic primitive and unprofessional company in the world I don't know how these guys became the monopoly of the water industry here in Altadena but somebody needs to take them over and bring them up to speed . Not only from a security standpoint of only collecting cash at the door in their very basic and easy to find construction outfit. If you're planning on paying with a credit card you might want to know that they don't except credit cards they only except cash and check and when the guy comes to the door oh don't try and call either you'll be placed on hold for an insanly long amount of time .
