If I could give 10 negative stars, I would...my 95 year old mother had an appointment with them today, and the staff was extremely rude to her, myself, and even the lady who drove her there. This is absolutely unacceptable, and my mom will not go back. Don't go here

Having just discovered this wonderful dental practice in Alpine I am compelled to share my experience. I am so grateful for the skill and experience of Dr. Orozco. His staff is kind, helpful and talented. I feel so blessed to be in their care! It was easy to get an appointment and all costs are very fair/reasonable and covered by my insurance. In my initial appointment the Doctor took special care in examination and identification of all that I will need. He recommended a plan to address my unique situation in a methodical logical way. As I hadn't seen a dentist for many years this took the form of triage that also considered what I could afford. I was able to get right in for appointments too! My first step was a cleaning performed by his skilled hygienist who uses state of the art techniques. Just this week I had 4 extractions with bone grafting in preparation for upcoming implants. It was a delicate and complicated procedure as the extractions took place close to my sinuses. Albeit extensive, the surgery was painless and I am recovering nicely. Doctor also conducts comprehensive follow up with X-rays, office visits, and medications which give me great peace of mind. This is a one stop shop. They take care of all dental procedures in one place! Dr. Orozco is a gifted and experienced dentist and oral surgeon. He and his capable team that include Karen at the front desk and Judy his wife who assists with all procedures provide the best dental care I've ever had. All billing of my insurance and pre-authorizations are handled expeditiously in house. To find such levels of professionalism in the small town of Alpine CA is truly remarkable. No need to travel into the city which is a huge plus for those of us that live in eastern San Diego county. Alpine Oak Dental has my highest recommendation!

Dr Rodolfo is A great Dentist. He is very thorough and very intelligent. He knows what he is talking about and has helped me greatly with all of my dental concerns. The staff is very professional and kind. Karen is very knowledgeable as well.
