        Performance was performed quickly but not efficiently. I went in for an oil change and a transmission fluid change. Customer service was decent. One employee was a bit dry, Angel was kind as usual. After about 3 miles, while on the 76fwy I began to hear a dragging/scraping noise under my vehicle. No lights came on so I continued thinking it could have been debris (although I didn't see anything as I was driving). I pulled over and looked underneath my vehicle to see a metal gas drip looking piece hanging by one screw. They didn't screw the entire thing one. I was so pissed off. I called back twice. No response. I will be returning back there after work today.
