Fried Music

This school is remarkable. They are teaching and providing a space which grabs the fascination from the students and keeps them wanting to learn more . Connie and Ben are one of a kind. So glad I found them. Thank you :)

Since joining the Fried Music pre-college program, I've seen a remarkable improvement in my son's motivation to practice and playing violin. His level of play has improved significantly over the year at Fried Music, but, more importantly, his enjoyment from playing music has also increased notably. This is thanks to the dedicated work of Connie, Ben and their wonderful staff and faculty.

Everywhere else is pretty much a scam compared to Fried Music. Most other music stores or small music schools have lessons taught by inexperienced teachers with none of the credentials that the teachers Fried Music has. Most of the Fried Music teachers are all alum of the prestigious USC Thornton school of music. The biggest distinction between this school and other places, is you get teachers that are not only highly trained but working professionals who still routinely perform on tours or concerts. At even some colleges (and not just music programs) youll find professors who only teach. I prefer to know my teachers are not only good musicians who are not just great at their instruments but great at building a career for themselves that also happens to include a passion for teaching. Basically if this place was called the San Gabriel Valley Conservatory of Music, itd be very fitting because this place is the real deal. They hold regular chamber concerts where you get to listen to and meet future members of the Los Angeles Philharmonic , musicians whove won international competitions, jazz and everything else in between. Their pre-college program is tuition free and will setup any young musician up for success. I cant wait to see the growth of Fried Music in the future. Massive props to Connie and Ben for being true exemplars of the arts in Alhambra!

6/20/2023 I came to the nearby fast food restaurant for lunch today, and unexpectedly I happened to meet a friend who parked here. He said that his son was learning piano here and said that I would go and have a look after dinner. I went up to take a look. I used to attend a music school and was interested in art. This place is quite small, but I think the size of the university lies in Mingmingde, not in the size of Guangsha! It should be good here!
