Linda is the rudest person I have ever seen. She had left out the W-2 on my tax return, and when I called her to inquire about amending it, she was extremely impatient, insisted that it was not her fault, and hung up the phone. It is truly shocking that someone with her foul attitude has any business at all. Don't waste your precious time with her, you will regret it. You couldn't PAY ME to use her again.

Linda provides Extremely rude , horrible service, wasted my time sitting there for 30min tell me that She doesn't wanna help me because I don't have my previous tax return. And she tell me not to call and bother her with simple questions.    Horrible experience and not recommended

I've been doing my taxes with Linda for about 4 years now. Her rates are very fair and she works fast. Before she used to just had my W-2 which is very simple, but now she does the bookkeeping, payroll, and etc for my business.

My father claimed he found a great accountant who's really skillful and knows what she's doing. So, under his instruction, I called up Linda Lu and made my appointment. She was extremely brief and impatient with me regarding her schedule over the phone; which should've been a red flag, but I just thought to myself: "Oh, it's tax season, she's probably very busy now..."Sure enough, my father and I showed up 20 minutes earlier to our appointment. While I sat in the hallway of her "office" (basically just a messy room with pile and pile of papers and cabinets served as a divider,) I could hear her conversing with another client due to the indiscretion of her office setting. Her nastiness towards her client was appalling. She scolded the poor guy who came to her without his bank statement and asked if he could use her computer to go online and print his statement, to which she replied: "Why do I have to waste my computer's energy and ink for you?"And when he showed his receipts without categorizing them, she simply just condemned him with: "go home and add up all of this before you show up next time, I'm not gonna waste my time on doing this for you."And when it was my turn, her demeanor was just as vile. After I showed her my donation receipt along with some other claims for my tax return, not only did she not give me any deductions, she simply just responded with "I don't care..." Seriously, this is the way she conducts her business?! She establishes her professional relationship with her clients through sheer rudeness and abusive attitude; It's almost as if she believes she's doing pro bono. On top of her hideous attitude, she was a lousy accountant; she did not help me get any tax refund, and she gave me a blank facial expression with a silence when I asked for more advice on how to get more tax refund in the future. Ultimately, I had to be the one to suggest the idea of opening up an IRA account as oppose to pay more taxes. I absolutely do not recommend this vile woman, she has no concept of respecting others, and she exhibits no sense of appreciation toward her clients. With her lousy accounting skill and her nastiness, why she's still in business is beyond me.
