Lanny Clark is a mortgage broker in the San Francisco Bay Area who I have relied on for years! If you're looking for a reliable lender nearby then I recommend you give Lanny a call. He's helped to get my clients approved across dozens of mortgage loans over the years. Refinance, Conventional Home Loans, FHA, you name it, Lanny is your guy! Till this day I am always referring new home buyers to him because he is so reliable. I remember on one occasion, my buyer was using a different lender who simply couldn't get the loan closed and it was a race against time - So Lanny stepped in and got us approved within 14 days! Lanny was the lender I used to help me get approved on a reverse mortgage in Berkeley, CA. He was recommended to me thru a friend who had completed the reverse mortgage process and mentioned that Lanny was able to manage her affairs very well as a result. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to work with Lanny. He was willing to answer all my mortgage related questions and give me multiple charts based on variable factors. This helped me weigh the pros and cons and come to a decision that best suited me. He also waited patiently during a period of a few months, while I considered the decision further. Lanny is a reliable and responsive mortgage lender who has helped me with a number of conventional home loans and refis over the years. I like to refer to myself as a junior property investor with 4 rentals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Lanny has played an integral part in helping me raise the finance needed to get approved on the loan and close every time. It was a good friend of mine who is a renowned property manager that put me on to Lanny and I have been using him ever since. If you need a mortgage lender in the Bay area or Albany, CA where he is located, then I can tell you from experience that Lanny will not let you down. He is so proactive and the best at updating you with market changes which has helped me time the market to great effect. I've been in real estate for 20 years and have found other lenders to disappear but not Lanny. His follow up is exceptional and I just feel like he's always around to look out for me. Lanny Clark is a mortgage broker who really knows his stuff. On top of his home-loan experience, he's so jovial and easy to get along with. Since we met in 2018 he's helped to get me approved on a loan that was not the easiest to navigate and then went on to help with home refi's on the same property, twice! If you are thinking about securing a mortgage and need a lender in the Bay Area, CA then Lanny is THE mortgage-broker to hire. To give you a back story - The initial property Lanny helped with was under litigation with the builder, so banks wouldn't touch us which made it a tricky loan to approve. That's when my agent recommended Lanny in the hope he had the resources to find the right lender and sure enough he did. I honestly don't think Lanny could have handled it any better. From the start he was upfront and made it clear the loan process would be hard but he took the time to delve into my finances and really look into the details. Where most lenders would have walked away, Lanny never gave up on me and that's what really stood out - he basically stood by my side throughout the entire mortgage process and was like, okay, we're doing this. To make matters worse, I still had another property that was under my name which stretched my credit and added some complexity to it but Lanny was not deterred. His dedication and experience eventually shone through and I was able to get approved for a conventional home loan which felt impossible at one point. I can't recommend him highly enough.
