Stefan Brunnschweiler at Winkler Real Estate Group helped us to purchase our first condo in 2002, then helped us sell it in 2023. He also represented us when we bought a single-family home in El Cerrito in 2022. Stefan is personable, professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the East Bay real estate market. We had a difficult time with the sellers when we bought our home last year, and Stefan patiently guided us through the negotiations and interactions with the lender and escrow companies. He prepared our condo for sale last fall and held numerous open houses and private showings. We ended up taking it off the market for 6 months until interest rates stabilized and the market started turning around.
