Silvio and his team was fantastic. We had a complicated project and he was able to navigate through the various engineering and other challenges successfully. He is the consummate professional,. Always responsive, and he earned our full trust and confidence. We were delighted with the final result. And important with a project that takes time, he and his crew were a delight to have around. Hometelligent did 2 major remodel projects in our 1920-built Oakland home. In 2014 they completely gutted and remodeled our kitchen, creating a beautiful, functional space. In 2021, they remodeled our bathroom, turning a worn tub/shower into a level-in shower with gorgeous custom tile work. They also added a half-bath in a bedroom closet, and created a new closet that looks like it has always been there. Their work was of great quality, they made very useful design suggestions, and were responsive to our needs.
