I encountered a very strange call with this company today. First I dial the number listed in yelp 510 244-0696 the call was picked up, no greeting, and then disconnected. I call back thinking it was a mistake, A gentlemen answered my call - mind you it's the second attempt. I asked if they offer drapery cleaning. He said not right now and nothing else. He didn't say we are all booked up but let check availability or anything. There was an awkward pause on the line. I then asked when would you be available. He said I don't know. Really? you don't know. I quickly realized he didn't want my business

Harry came to our home to take down our roman shades for dry cleaning.  He asked if I had tried vacuuming them.  I hadn't.  He said vacuuming would look just as good as dry cleaning them because they are in good shape and not stained.  Harry is an honest person who gave us good advice for free.  Vacuuming our roman shades improved them greatly.  Thank you, Harry!

Harry cleaned nine sets of Hunter Douglas honeycomb blinds in my Dublin condo.  He used scaffolding to reach the 20 FT ceilings.  While he was up there, he cleaned the windows and the ceiling fan.  The blinds had been vacuumed regularly but were filthy.  After Harry's work, they are bright and clean and the room is full of light.  He did an awesome job .

Really great working with Harry. He did a house visit (which was really convenient) and repaired one of my drapes on site. The other one needed to be brought back to his shop for repair, which he turned around in a day. He is thorough and explained everything and really wanted to make sure I did it right. Plus he has owned his business since 1967. I highly recommend him.
