As a non-profit, our organization had a very tight budget but very specific needs. So when we decided to update our website, and after vetting five companies, HyperArts was our top pick. Not only are we extremely elated at the results, but the experience was an incredibly organized, supportive and fun process. Tim, Bill, Adam and the rest of the team were always there to answer our questions, provide guidance on design and navigation and went way beyond what was expected. From helping us re-brand and design a new logo all the way to our go-live date (and way beyond that!), HyperArts has taken our organization from drab to absolutely fab, all within budget (they even threw in some extra hours)! We couldn't be more happier with the service, support and incredible product they delivered. We're continuing to work with HyperArts on additional web work. They offered exactly what our firm was looking for: a local and affordable website design company that excels at creating custom responsive websites. Throughout the project, the HyperArts team did an excellent job of communicating and designing a website that we envisioned at the start of the project. I  am Director of Web Strategy and Development for the UCSF Department of Surgery. Our department engaged HyperArts in 2007.  They designed and developed a content management system (CMS) for us using Umbraco, a CMS on the dot.net platform.When we first engaged HyperArts, there was only a single Department of Surgery website,  a collage of disconnected individual pages. Our goal was to replace this with a vibrant web presence, user-friendly interface,  professional look and feel, with well-organized and compelling content. We feel we have developed an organic system for expanding content over the web, one that is easily customizable, upgradeable, highly extensible, and scalable.  We have built over 50 websites, starting with our  flagship site surgery.ucsf.edu .  A number of our large departments at UCSF have also expressed interest to me in using HyperArts, based on what they did our department. HyperArts  has developed numerous applications for our sites, many mission-critical, including: 1. Request an Appointment - top.ucsf.edu/patient-cen…  that has generated over 2,000 appointments in a 1  1/2 years.2. A database to track all aspects of the appointments including service levels and doctor referrals.3. A rich faculty biography - transplant.surgery.ucsf.… 4. A system for presenting  Conditions & Procedures our surgeons. transplant.surgery.ucsf.… 5. A centralized news feed that spans all of our sites: transplant.surgery.ucsf.… In short,  HyperArts has done an outstanding job in fulfilling our online development needs and giving us a great web presence.
