Horrible service , they canceled an hour before our road-trip and gave no plan b or any assistance , still waiting on my 800 refund which they were so quick to charge. Doesnt even deserve one star

Sprinter rentals of San Francisco was a one stop shop. The booking online was very simple. The constant communication through emails was convenient. The one-on-one personal concierge was amazing. Paul was assigned to be my concierge. He text me immediately once the reservation was placed to let me know what his role was. We stayed in constant communication, assisted with completing the contract in a timely manner. The plus came when he sent me photos of exactly where the vehicle was. Despite one mishap, Paul made it right. He took ownership and responsibility. I will rent through this company again without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of renting a Mercedes Sprinter van from Jose Munoz through Sprinter-rentals. Jose went above and beyond by delivering the van to our hotel in SFO an hour ahead of schedule, which was incredibly convenient and greatly appreciated. The van itself was in impeccable condition, clean, and meticulously maintained. It provided us with ample space and comfort as we explored California. Overall, it was a very smooth experience renting the van. Jose was a great host, prompt in responding.Will definitely go back.
