Great captain, gets you on fish and works real hard. Deck boss Joe is a pro. Keeps you fishing and handles everything. Highly recommended

Went out for cod and crab. The boat is comfortable. Wasnt exactly what I was expecting tho. Deck hand dropped the baskets for crab then we went out to catch the cod. Again the deck hand baited and dropped the lines then you just flip a switch and it auto reels up your line. Thought it was going to be more hands on experience but it just felt rushed and felt like I was just there to sit on a boat and watch fish and crab be caught. Then coming back to dock we stopped at the fuel station which took what felt like an hour of waiting for the tanks to be filled. And once back we had to wait for all the fish to be cleaned. Thought this could be done while coming back in to dock but maybe there is a law prohibiting this. I only went for cod and crab. Maybe the other experiences are different but felt to me I just went on a boat ride to watch a deck hand catch fish.

I had the absolute pleasure of fishing on the Codfather 7/01/2023 and I was nothing short of amazed with Captain Justin and his Deckhand Joseph. If tho was I sicker then a dog they made me and the other 5 people in my group feel safe and welcomed. We went out about 25 miles to some very productive rockfish grounds and absolutely slaughtered them. I wish I would've taken some photos of the trip but it was enough that I fought through the chumming to fish the whole day. If you're considering a charter boat in the near future definitely put these boat at the top of you list.

We went out and slayed em today... First thing you notice is how nice and comfortable the boat is, it's like we were fishing in a Cadillac... Justin and Big Joe know exactly how to run their boat... Highly recommend 6 out of 5 stars...
