Been going there for over 5 years. Great place to have in Alameda, but the employee turn around is frequent. Just as one starts to get to know you, they are gone. Some of them really need more customer training.

Brenda & Dominique were super helpful and Brenda knew what she was doing! My dad lost his wallet and they went above and beyond by looking info his file and helping him get a new card and a copy of his ID that was on file.

I have a corporate account with this company. The amazing woman who helped me the first time completely understood my situation and was able to get my check deposited without any problems. The woman today however did NOT want to do her job. As a business owner myself I would never hire someone who turned away money. Especially since I have an account there, had already had this situation happen once before and they ACCEPTED the check and I have PROOF of this exact fact. The last woman went above and beyond and knows how to do her job. This woman however was not willing to properly and thoroughly explain the situation to corporate and she told me NO the first time I walked in. When I explained this company has already done this for me before and knew more than she did, she didn't like that. She let her ego and lack of knowledge get in the way of this business making money. She needs to be properly trained in company policies and procedures.
