Before I write a review here, Ive checked 5 star and 1 star reviews. And I found out why it took a month for repairing door handle. If your estimate doesnt hit more than your deductible, find different repair shop. My experience with this place was nightmare. They cant reject customers because they need suggestions from insurance company. Rather recommends other shops for simple repair, they did followings to make me find different shop. 1. Incorrect finishing schedules and process. - they sent me 4 emails about process and finishing dates. And they never make it. The last email said they finished, but they didnt do the job, and tried to make me payment. If I didnt check the car carefully, it would be worse. Rather than being honest and clear on their business, they sent me fake emails and lied over the phone. 2. Raising price until exceed my deductible. - They promised the list of work and gave me the cost for about 400$. but the final check that I got was more than 600$. By postponing the finish, they switched and rewrote the invoice. Since I was waiting for my car done for 30 days, I couldnt say no on this. Their business style is quite nasty. 3. Big liars including the manager - The advisor : he kept sent me emails that they got the parts and paining but none of that was true. - The receptionist: She confirmed finishing dates with her judgement, and lied that they were painting now, and they didnt do the painting. She pretended like she checked job site. She gave me payment document, before I even check the job. and it wasnt done. - The manager When I asked for picture of the dent on my car, he got them out in 7 seconds. I remembered him that he helped me for estimating. He said, he has no memory of the process tho he had the pictures in his phone. And said he will call out specialist. It took 3 more days. He also didnt sent me email for the updated estimate. And told me it is finished. He just made up the final price by changing the labor more expensive. - I just felt so tired and hopeless. I was wondering it is some racial discrimination, or psychopathic bully. While they are rolling me around for a month, I thought about to find different shops. But after their lies and unprofessional moves, I decided to think and explore their business experience entirely. I am shocked by the high reviews, and I was surprised that my guess was right. Ok, I get it. Systemically, insurance company doesnt want to pay for the repair and bodyshop wants big projects for their maximum profit. And technically, shops cant reject customers request without specific reason. Because they will lose credit from insurance company. But come on, what about me? what about the people need small repairs. And they had good chance to mention or persuade privately. Rather going with simpler and manly way, they decided to lie. I believe business and good business makes trust the community. I couldnt believe this unprofessional people are in Alameda. Good for you who severely got damaged on your car, ironically. Hopefully, it helps you with small damage for finding other shops.

Horrible. Customer service has been an awful experience. Hopefully will be able to update with better review, but as of now, very disappointed with this shop. Be careful when choosing this place for any type of repairs.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Very slow process. My car stayed there for more than a month just to get them bumper fixed. The estimate time was 20 days but every week them would call me saying it would need to stay longer. Never going to this place again.

Just as the recent reviews terrible customer from the older woman who answered the phone today. I initially went in for a quote a while back & today I just called to see if they can email me the quote of what was the total cost of repairs were so that I can compare it. ,woman acted like she had an attitude and hung up the call while I was talking & I was friendly with her even asking how her day was, she sounds like a person whom didn't want to be at work & I see why the decline of customer service instead of Finally saying, we didn't keep your file All she said was come get a new quote & I'm asking why so many times. They don't keep records over 6 months after FINALLY getting an answer. Customer service lacked today & was great last time & I never write bad reviews.
