Harbor Bay has been a godsend for our family in caring for our loved one. The caregivers are dedicated, kind, attentive, and well trained. The owner is hands on. The low caregiver to resident ratio is fantastic. The cleanliness is impeccable. The meals are thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood is lovely.

I am very pleased with the care dad is receiving from the caring and thoughtful staff at Harbor Bay Assisted Living. More important, dad really enjoys living as a resident at HBAL. Nancy the owner and Linda the administrator make an amazing team and are easy to work with and listen carefully and work hard to make sure dad is happy!

Harbor Bay Assisted Living is a wonderful combination of professional concern for people and sensitivity. In 2020, my mom spent one month at Harbor Bay for respite care after a hospital stay. She was always so positive about the care and respect Linda and the rest of the staff gave to her and also to residents who could not tend or speak for themselves at all. While there, we both also appreciated it was always spotlessly clean. Nancy, the owner of Harbor Bay Assisted Living, is frequently on site and very hands on with residents. Forward two years, and my mother has returned. She has been there for six months and is now in the position where she is no longer able to advocate for herself. Linda is amazing with my mom and doesn't hesitate to communicate with me. The whole staff is incredibly kind, compassionate and conscientious; mom is always clean and dressed, spoken with and encouraged. This is what adult care should be. I would highly recommend Harbor Bay Assisted Living for your loved one.Maureen D
