I spoke to Ron directly about a huge oil stain on our driveway. The stain was the result of the mechanic not properly tightening the bolts after repair. Nearly all the oil drained on to the driveway. Ron was honest and set our expectations properly. He sent his guys up and within a couple hours the stain was completely gone! We are thrilled with the result!
