This is our third year of having ACI to help us maintain our water heater. We always had great experience so we called them every year for our annual water heater maintenance. This year, we had Matya help us. He provided additional great advise for our HVAC maintenance tips and help us clean our HVAC system. I simply cannot believe this company has 5-star reviews without paying or asking friends to give positive reviews. This company is not worth 1-Star. Their business techniques are dishonest and crooked. They came twice to fix my water heater under manufacturer labor warranty; each time they came up with an excuse not to do what the manufacturer tech support suggested, in order to ask for money that is not covered by the manufacturer. The first visit they wanted $350 to change a fitting that I paid a plumber to replace for $50. The second visit the manufacturer sent them to me, they discovered a leak that was not there two days earlier. Frankly, I wouldnt be surprised if they created the leak while I was not looking. Long story short, beware, they are scammers.
