        terrible customer service and general manager. This is a long story but this Lady should not be working in customer service.She knew my sister from outside the hotel and kicked us out for a made up rule that the person booking had to be over 21 even if accompanied by someone over the age of 21. Unprofessional.

        Very clean, comfortable and quiet inn situated right off the freeway exit in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast area is bright and spacious serving just the regular breakfast food - nothing fancy. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with aTV, microwave and small fridge. Will definitely go back here if I'm in the area again. Rooms: The rooms were spacious, confirms and clean.

        Clean hotel with good breakfast. Has self-service laundry. 24-hour coffee and tea. Mini convenience store. Quiet area close to Highway 1 access. Rooms: Clean room, but narrow bathtub. Food & drinks: Good breakfast.

        Breakfast usually sucks. Ive stayed here about 5 separate nights over the last month. Every morning the hot food items are usually empty. The lobby was never really that busy either. Yesterday the only Hot food options were refried bean tacos and mushy potatoes. Today was the same potatos, sausage was empty and not refilled. I get the feeling that the two people running the breakfast area do not care. The rooms are great and big and feel clean. The fitness center is great and there are a ton of good restaurants near by. If this hotel can get breakfast organized it would be perfect. Please put more effort into the breakfast hot food items. Rooms: Great large clean rooms. Safety: Only one main entrance to the parking lot. Feels very secluded and safe Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants near by
