Ordered Easter dinner on line a couple of days in advance. Received an email 25 minutes before scheduled pick up time that their ordering system was not able to transmit an order scheduled for today." Left us scrambling to reorder and the the location was sold out of something that we had ordered. They offered no more that "their apologies for this inconvenience." You'd think they would at least to to make it up with a coupon for a free meal or dessert later on.

If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately I need to give 1 star. I called the catering office and spoke with Janet on how I would like my event to be catered. Janet asked for the location of my event. I told her where and my location will be at and she stated she will need to call the restaurant to confirm if they can go to the location she said she would call me right back that day but I’ve never received a phone call at all. So I decided to do the extra work and call the restaurant myself the next day.I spoke with one of the workers and she said let me ask my manager so after she spoke with her manager she said sure they go to this location all the time it’s not a problem I said great perfect I will call the corporate office and let them know since Janet never called me back . So I called the corporate office and I spoke with Amanda I told her I called the day before and spoke with Janet but she never called me back about catering my event but I already talked to the restaurant and they said that they will be able to cater my event and they always go to that location Amanda stated No my supervisor called you yesterday and left you a message that the restaurant can’t do it . I explained to Amanda I’ve never received a phone call or message from anybody and matter of fact the restaurant said they can cater my event so Amanda (sighs)on phone and says we’ll i will have my supervisor call down there and call you back.The supervisor calls me back an a hour later and says I’m sorry we can’t cater your event she said didn’t Janet call you yesterday ?and I said no and matter of fact nobody called me yesterday and I had did her job and called the restaurant myself to ask if they can cater my event.Amanda stated well my supervisor called you already and left me a message and per supervisor stated no I didn’t call you and leave a message it must of been Janet maybe she dialed the wrong number I realized at this point these girls are liars and poor representation of stone fire grill if you EVER need them to handle your event FORGET IT these people are unprofessional and clueless and when planning an event you need to deal with professional and organized people and not LIARS
