      image Assistant manager Rosa at this location is so rude, unprofessional, trashy and definitely puts Shame to this beautiful location! Absolutely unacceptable! All the other bank of As between 10- miles to this location are the best but this particular agoura location! She has no knowledge of trouble shooting or customer care and no business working at a bank.
