Stopped here for gas on the way out of town.  Prices were average and everything was uneventful.  I didn't go inside the store this time.  Just got gas and back on the road.  Clean and tidy pumping area.

These guys are really great. They keep our '05 Jetta TDI, now in the hands of our teen driver, going strong. Great communication, great service, taxi fare or MUNI fare to get you home or to work. They'll replace a headlight or wiper while you wait. They didn't build your stylish car (Audi, VW, Mini) that needs constant and expensive repair but they will keep it running beautifully.

So rude. I spent $40 on gas and the would not allow me to fill my water bottle. I go to chevron across the freeway and the attendant lets me fill my water bottle WITHOUT a prior purchase. This seems to be a trend with Shell. This is my last transaction with shell. Im glad shell values their customers-not.

What nasty people. I've been a Shell customer for many years and when my car died I pull into the station until I could be towed. It was leaking oil and the nasty manager comes out and gives me grief for the mess like I planned it. I suppose that's how Agoura Oil Inc. treats their customers. Anyway the guy from Roy's towing cleaned it all up. Thanks for the service Shell, your a credit to your industry.
