Goodyear Auto Service

Had a great experience at this location today. I had a tire that went from 36 to zero in about 30 seconds as I was getting on the interstate in W Memphis. I turned right instead of left and this Goodyear was like a shining beacon in a dark night. The manager, Geoffrey took care of me right away. It was lunchtime, and Im pretty sure the technician, Devontae, was eating, but he had the old tire off and a new one on and balanced so quickly that when I got home my groceries were still in good shape. Both of these men were incredibly friendly and helpful and I was truly fortunate to break down near their facility.

I was traveling from Branson to Memphis for a visit to Graceland on our way home to Florida when I got a flat about 20 miles north of Memphis. We got the tire changed and headed to Goodyear. In less than 30 minutes they had repaired the tire, rotated it to the back and put my spare back under the bed, and didn't charge me anything. Justin, thank you and your staff from the bottom of my heart for restoring my faith in people, and making my day less stressful.

Great place to take your vehicle, quality work, a bit more expensive than the other shops around, but much better work.

Not sure why its taken me 2 years to write this review but so it goes when cleaning off your desk. I wont forget the incredible level of service and overall kindness this location showed me when I got a flat on my way to my Thanksgiving plans that year. Despite being severely busy, they were able to fit me in and had my new tire on within 30 minutes, so I could still make it by that afternoon. While I was just passing through, I cant repay the generosity by using their services. But I would definitely patron here if I was a local.
