        Have been a good paying customer for almost five years. I go to Florida for the winter, and the mail forwarding is terrible. I didnt receive a bill, so when I got home I got a bill with a 20 dollar late fee. When I called to explain the rude and unprofessional man who answered the phone didnt care what I had to say. When I told him to just cancel my service he asked for my address and hung up on me. If the people in the office are like that, I wouldnt trust their service.
