Comfort Suites West Memphis I-40 I-55

Do not recommend that you get a room facing the front of the hotel. The bright lights in the front glare into the windows and there are not light blocking curtains or shades. Worst night of sleep I have ever had. When one is traveling, it is not good to be exhausted from not sleeping due to the room being so bright. $200 for one night to not sleep. It was truly awful.

So I had booked to a different hotel but was unable to cancel because there phones were out. Lady at desk was nice but to be honest they charge a deposit and after a week I am still waiting to receive this deposit back. Its not like a fancy place but honestly what is a $50.00 deposit do for them? My room was not clean as we picked up trash from floor and the sitting area. I stayed at one in KY and did not have to pay a deposit and this room was not clean and they had to come and clean. Those rooms were not anything to write home about either and they do not take pets and my daughter has a service animal so I do not like to stay somewhere that does not allow pets. I have paperwork but its a hassle so we pay the $25 extra else where. Don't stay here unless you want extra charges and dirty rooms. I will never stay at one of these locations again. I would rather take my chances sleeping in a rest area.

Customer service was awful the week prior to check in. Front desk would never answer the phone for myself or the third party booking site to cancel second night that was no longer needed. Still had to pay for it plus a $50 deposit. Check in was a disaster. Room smelled like smoke even though we booked a non smoking room. We were part of a dance studio coming for a competition, multiple other families had similar experiences. Definitely do not recommend.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location is ok I suppose Rooms: Rooms are clean and pretty good sized Nearby activities: You're less than 10 minutes from Beale Street, Bass pro,a casino is about 5 minutes away. Walkability: Not close to much Food & drinks: Breakfast is normal hotel Breakfast but pretty good
