        My new MAXIMA was damaged in the carwash and Car Wash USA will take no responsibility for repairing it. I am very upset about their response.

        Updated: now they’ve gone and charged my credit card for yet another pass, without authorization from me. When I bought one, I specifically asked if this was a one time purchase and was told yes. This place is just too much to describe in a review. I guess my card company can deal with them. I could go through this 100 times and my car will still be dirty. Also pretty irritated that I paid for a monthly pass, but you are never open when I come by, in the middle of the day. Really just want my money back, but that’s hard to do when you aren’t open.
