German Auto Tech

German Auto tech provided me with a great experience. I use to have a Nissan and now have a Mercedes. It was essential to find a mechanic that had experience working with luxury vehicles. They were great! Being a woman and having to go into a mechanical shop can be demeaning and often time shops will try to take advantage of women, this is not the case here. There is actually a woman in office that is just as kind and professional as the techs. Jonathan was my tech and he took great care of my car. The price was relatively inexpensive for the work being done. Thank You guys I will be back for any future maintenance. The only downside is they have been having trouble with their phone lines which is not their fault.

I was traveling from Gallatin to Houston for my kids birthday and my vehicle decided to have major issues. I found German Auto on google and hobbled in the next morning, with Little optimism. I met with Glen and Jonathon and they provided a miracle by getting my vehicle in for inspection and repair. These guys are really straight and good guys. Jonathon took the time to show me the issues with the car and really built trust by making me understand what was going on with the vehicle. I would recommend them, Too bad they arent in the Houston area! Sometimes we run into the right people at the right time.

Paid 175 for a diagnosis not a diagnostic test instead they gave me a scan most repair companies that Ive went to previously usuallyTARGET what the customer specify As SEEN I REFERRED TO the EPC LIGHT BEING ON, NOT ALL THESE OLD CODES THAT WERE IRRELEVANT I COULDVE GOTA SCAN FROM AUTO ZONE IF THATS WHAT THIS COMPANY DO INSTEAD OF REALLY FINDING OUT THE CAUSE OF THAT PARTICULAR CUSTOMER BUT I FILLED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AS YOU SHOULD TO IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH THIS USED TO BE GREAT AND PREVIOUSLY TRUSTWORTHY SHOP THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE & HIGHLY RECOMMEND A BETTER SHOP A waste of money anyone from Memphis should seek elsewhere even if the wait is longer thats why theyre open to get you so quickly because of the lack of integrity theyll take your money without a definite solution !!
