Worst rental experience ever. Booked online. Lady changes to paper contract. Rented 2 days called on 2nd day to extend she said we take care of it when bring back. 48 hours lady the ladles husband calls cops and tries to take uhaul with all my stuff. Thank god for deputy Calhoun told him get lost!! Charged me 400 for 2 day late which shoulda been $60. $200 for a dent that was already there I even made his wife mark it on computer!! He also threatened me.. do ourself a favor go down road to different uhaul rental place. These ppl r scam artists!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! WAS RIPPED OFF ,$600++

Arrived for after hours pickup to find the truck assigned to me not there, waited over half an hour for them to figure out they accidentally locked it up in the back. Got me a different truck, seemed fine. When returning, the mobile sign out thing wouldnt work as it was still assigned to the first truck. I dropped the keys off and emailed them my drop off time, mileage, etc. Got a reply that they accepted my return, again thought everything was fine. A week later I was charged an additional $300, they had charged me for nearly the entire week after I had returned it. Spoke to Brandy on multiple occasions, she kept making excuses and promises that obviously never turned into anything. Anyway, 2 months of back and forth with no resolution. Multiple promises of a refund, nothing. They will no longer return my calls or even answer their phone. Very unprofessional and honestly cant believe they run their business this way. Ill accept my $300 loss and hopefully save someone else from the same with this review. I even saw other reviews on another site with very similar experiences, of course this was too late for me, so Ill be posting this everywhere I can.
