Van Buren Police Department

I moved from Missouri and had a false report made on me. I am a victim of stalking and the Van Buren police participated and when I filed a police report, they did nothing. Not even a response. Then it escalated to being stalked by the Sheriff's department. I filed a report with them also, and nothing was done.

I called the police to check on a neighbor I witnessed being abused by her boyfriend after screaming at each other outside for all the kids to witness. I literally saw her being thrown across the floor. The man shut the door and they could continue being heard screaming across the street and into my own living room. The cops that showed up did very little to make sure she was ok. They knocked a few times and then just left when they got no answer! The people were still home, which I did tell one of the cops, and still they left her to whatever fate that man had for her. I am deeply disappointed and do not at all feel safe with the Van Buren PD "looking after" us. What if that man had killed her and that's why they didn't answer the door? (He did not kill her, I did see her outside later.)

Just spreading the word... an friend of mine got hospitalized after smoking some cannabis that was laced with fentanyl so I'm just getting the word out there

Was sleeping in the car at the library got pulled up on by a cop told us to go over to the clover leaf plaza spot we did.. got woke up and got searched after sleeping there was no reason for it. I just recently got in trouble so I feel I being targeted now this is the third time in a week I've had issues with the police thankfully he was at least kind of nice
