They arrived within an hour of me calling about a toilet that wouldn't flush and couldn't be plunged. The gentleman was courteous and did NOT treat me like I I was stupid. He quickly got the drain unclogged and everything in working order. He went above and beyond checking things to make sure we were good to go. I will definitely reach out to them again.

Had a water leak under my house and called them to come look at it and give me a quote, the guy looked under there and told us a copper pipe was completely split down the middle all the way up, and said the whole pipe had to be replaced and estimated over $1,000. He was obviously just trying to take advantage of us, there was no split at all in the pipe. It ended up being a quick 10 minute fix with a $5 shark bite fitting. Ill never call a plumber again.

Well they sent a person broke my focet and now want to charge me 900 dollars to fix their mess up. I just don't understand now even smaller companies r out to screw the people. Sorry not sorry

Service needed: Pilot light on hot water heater wouldnt light. Roto rooter came out and noticed my gas was off and told me about it. Work performed: nothing. Bill: $327.00 Never Again
