Frank's Italian Restaurant

Ate there yesterday for the first time. Bread was hard. The waitress was great. The quality of the food was okay but the taste was not authentic as I would have liked. The parmesan was something out of a pizza joint normally Italian restaurant have real Parmesan the ambiance was me starting at a blank tan wall the piano music was to loud... Price was great I was really looking forward to this to after seeing it on the website

First time here. Off hours dinner, so no crowd. Restaurant decor is lovely. Good was delicious and service was quick. Will definitely dine here again when we are in Van Buren.

Tried this place for the first time today and it tasted like Chef Boyardee cooked it actually, thats giving Franks too much credit for the dish. This place is overpriced for their food that can cook way better myself. The soup tasted like a watered down V8 and my baked ziti had no mozzarella or parmesan just sauce and ricotta. Straight trash! The server completely disregarded my cold and overcooked pasta and didnt seem to care one bit. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go to Olive Garden instead.

Literally writing this in the parking lot after eating lunch let me start by saying Im not picky and dont normally write reviews but todays experience was awful. Me and my bestie wanted to try out something new to us for her birthday so we decided to eat here. I ordered cheese ravioli and asked for Alfredo sauce which ended up being cold and flavorless. Tasted store bought. The salad they gave for the lunch special was one small tomato slice with one small cucumber slice with a bunch of onions and olives. The price we spent for LUNCH SPECIAL was $39. Absolutely overpriced for cold food and bland food. When I told the server about not liking my ravioli she said she cant do anything since it was a modified dish because I requested Alfredo sauce instead of marinara. She got baked ziti and the cheese was just ricotta cheese with no flavor and the noodles were way too overcooked. The server gave no empathy and refused to allow a discount or a refund. We will never go again.

I ate here 3-4 years ago and really enjoyed it and wanted to come back but not in the area often. I had lunch yesterday at 2:00 with only 1 Other customer. The facility is nicely done, very clean and inviting. Service was courteous and prompt. I ordered the tomato basil soup and beef ravioli. A side of bread came with the meal. The bread was excellent, soft and great flavor and the dipping oil was very good as well. The soup was very good, nice flavor and seasoned well. The beef ravioli had a very good marinara sauce and the raviolis were tender and full of meat. The portion size was almost more than I could eat. The amazing part of all this is the cost was under $12! I don't know a better value anywhere in Arkansas. I look forward to visiting again when in the area.
