        If your bank account that you have had for several years gets hit by a fraud, Citizens Bank will charge you $40 for every fraud charge the customer gets charged because somehow debit cards got leaked, I do believe Citizens Bank is becoming a scam artist

        Banked with them for the last 7 years, used to have the best customer service, was very helpful. This past few years banking with them have been quite the opposite experience will be closing out my accounts and going elsewhere.
