I spoke with Kayla, she emailed me an application. I spent a few days collecting all the information, bank statements, tax returns, proof of income. Proof of insurance etc. called her and told her I had everything and was submitting it. She said she would look over it and let me know if she needed anything else. Last I’ve heard from her! It’s been two weeks, I’ve left two messages. I went to application page online and it said Application is no longer active!. I don’t know what’s going on. I have excellent credit score. I have been buying and selling rentals for 20+years. I haven’t received a denial letter if she found a reason to deny me. Very upset that she won’t call me back.

Kayla was excellent with communication, answering all our questions, giving helpful advice, and put in the extra effort at the end to ensure we got the lowest price on our home owners insurance. She made working with Fairway a great experience. Highly recommend!
