Property around hotel is trashy and not maintained. Breakfast consists of a few pieces of bread, jars of jelly and tubs of margarine in mini fridge and waffles with a tiny bit of syrup in a sticky nasty squeeze bottle. Didn't even ensure the one coffee dispenser was refilled. If you're desperate for a cheap pet friendly place, the room was clean.

The low scores are only a reflection of the age of the hotel, we were staying one night, they accepted pets, the breakfast was a bit of a miss, so we ate elsewhere. But as a port in a storm, we were glad it was there.

Advertisements online need to be updated because this hotel in fact does not have a fitness center, the pool looked awesome in photos online but I would call the hotel first because it was out of service the entire weekend we were there, the hot water didnt work in our hotel which was a huge bummer, if you are bringing pets its $20 per pet per night so be prepared to pay for that, and the cleanliness overall needed work; stains on the sheets, burn hole in the comforter, the bottom of the shower curtain had stuff growing on it. I guess having a functional fridge, microwave and cool air was nice in light of the other things. I wouldnt stay there again.

Was charged an additional charge after being told I would receive a refund on a room, that my children and I refused to stay in. We were in town for a Cancer support event March 8-9. Was shown 2 different rooms. 1 room was not clean at all, sheets on bed was not made/washed and counters had food all over them. Next room had mold in the sink, bathtub, toilet, refrigerator and bathroom walls. Refrigerator, microwave and TV was not working. The air quality in the room burnt your lungs from mold. They tried to lower the rate for another room as I refused and asked for a refund. I have yet to receive a refund, on top of the additional charge. Have also emailed the management and called with no response. They definitely need to update their profile as false advertisement on pool, workout room and cleanliness. Next step is to turn them in to the Arkansas State health department for operating a public facility with hazards as mold and construction not being properly marked. I highly do not recommend them at all.

Very friendly service, one of the kids stopped up the toilet w/ too much toilet paper and the late night attendant was very understanding and helpful in retrieving us a plunger.
